How do I begin and what’s included?
Our process is simple. You can request a complimentary introductory session to get started. We’ll reach out to you for a brief phone call to understand your goals and answer questions you may have. If we decide this is a good fit, we'll invite you in for a no-obligation complimentary introductory session and consultation, where you can see and experience the difference in working with our fitness professionals in our private studio. After the session, we’ll sit down for the consultation and talk more thoroughly about your goals. Based on what we see in the session and talk about in the consultation, we'll recommend a couple programs to achieve your goals.
How do I book a session?
We understand the busy lives we lead. That's why we make our process super streamlined towards you. We'll first reach out for a quick 5-10 minute phone consultation to understand your goals and answer questions you have. If we think there's a good fit, we'll schedule an introductory session and consultation. All of our sessions are conveniently reserved for your time slot, so you don't have to worry about whether you'll find the time. In fact, you'll make time to be able to get back to doing the things you enjoy, feeling great!
What is the Trainer Certification?
All of our Team of Fitness Professionals have either an Exercise and Sports Science Degree, equivalent or higher degrees. They must become certified in our proprietary internal High Intensity Specialist Training and Certification. Our staff must demonstrate mastery of our 10 Phase development program covering all aspects of our service.

What results from QuickHIT should I be seeing and how long does it take to see these results?
Results vary due to several factors. In general, within 6 weeks you will already start to see noticeable improvements. Over time, you will start to see improved muscle tone, increased strength, tighter skin, improved cardiovascular health, functional ability, and increased metabolism.

If you follow our recommendations, set reasonable goals (knowing that unattainable short term goals set you up for long term failure), and have demonstrated that you are consistent and give it your best effort, but are not seeing the results you'd like, we will make any adjustment needed to fit YOUR program. Will I get big and bulky?
This question often comes from our female clients. The short answer is no. Our no-impact guided safe and effective strength training will help you burn more calories and fat, proven by science. Rather than bulk up, it will take inches off and tone your body. Andas a bonus, our method has been shown to also increase bone density when done safely and effectively.
What is the Minimum Commitment?
First, we don't believe in contracts or memberships. However, we do recognize that in order to achieve your goals, it doesn't happen overnight, and anyone who promises such results are not to be trusted. We tailor our programs based on your needs, and generally, our minimum recommendation is 6 months. The frequency of weekly workouts will depend on your current fitness level and desired goal.
