This will help define your customized program, tailored to you, and will be used to benchmark future improvements. We perform fitness assessments every 8 weeks to track your progress.
Our team tailors a program, following our graduated process, that will help you reach your goals, and reviews it with you—in person—addressing any questions you may have. Then, you start working the program, meeting once, twice, or three times per week for thirty minutes with your personal trainer.
Every eight weeks, we’ll conduct a fitness assessment and nutrition check to help ensure you’re staying on track, to reassess as needed, and to define the next plan of action. After two months, you’ll be seeing results and feeling great! It’s the perfect time to set new goals to help you stay motivated and on-track towards reaching your true potential.
